🔁 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
After 30 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included if applicable.
You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Gift cards
Final clearance or markdown items
Custom-made or personalized products

💵 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

A full refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to:

A damaged or defective item
An error on our part

In such cases, Motiv8Style will cover the return shipping cost.
