🔁 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
After 30 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included if applicable.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final clearance or markdown items

  • Custom-made or personalized products

💵 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A full refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

To start your return:

  • Or call/text us directly at 731-332-1260 to get personalized support.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to:

  • A damaged or defective item

  • An error on our part

In such cases, Motiv8Style will cover the return shipping cost.
